Greatly enjoyed how unique the property was and its thoughtful staff at the reception desk. It was a beautiful and incredible location for us, not far from the old town which is precious, the Sunday market and main attractions of main temples. Hotel's food was amazing and there is Nun's Restaurant close by...

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at Baan Khun Krub. the family room was gorgeous and had all the amenities we needed, like coffees, a dripping AC, and a kettle. - the staff was super-friendly and always there to help. - the location was very central, close to a picturesque temple.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, tucked away off a main street, and just a short walk from the famous Sunday night walking street market. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I loved the quiet and relaxing vibe of the guesthouse, it was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the fresh coffee was some of the best I've had. I even had the opportunity to take a Thai cooking class with Dom, which was so much fun! The staff, especially Gavin, were incredibly kind and helpful, making my trip to Chiang Mai extra special. I highly recommend Baan Khun Krub for a memorable stay.

I spent five nights at this charming guest house and was truly impressed. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet side street but still close to all the major attractions. The room itself was a blend of traditional and modern, with beautiful dark wood walls and a spacious wetroom bathroom. The staff, especially Gavin, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing fantastic recommendations for places to eat and visit. The breakfast was delicious and the courtyard was a peaceful oasis. Highly recommended!
